Join Our Mental Health Talks This October

I’m so excited to announce a series of talks in the Central West for Mental Health Month. Join me in discussions about the importance of dreams in maintaining mental health and recovery.

My mental health story began at a young age. Learn how, after suffering a debilitating breakdown, writing helped my recovery.

In these busy times, we are all too good at burying our real emotions and ignoring what they’re telling us. Dreams provides an escape from the day-to-day trials of everyday life. They also provide a sanctuary where we can succeed and enjoy the present. Hearing about one person’s journey to recovery is motivating and inspirational. Come with a friend and share your support of Mental Health Month.

In my talk, I share my experience of how and why I had a breakdown and my road to recovery. I discuss how realising our dreams maintains our mental health and builds resilience.

It will be a great time to share similar stories and discuss support in our communities.
