Book Launch

It’s been a whirlwind few weeks after the release of Wellworth and we’re only a week away from the official launch. Thank you to all those who have read Wellworth. I’ve had some wonderful feedback;

I read Wellworth last night. I had to keep putting it down, it was so suspenseful and eerie and familiar. I’m reading it again now.

Abandoned in an orphanage as a young child, Ally is desperate to learn who her parents are and why they left her. After several miscarriages and a heartbreaking divorce, she returns to the country town where she grew up and begins her search for the truth. There are quite a few locals with things to hide, and before long, Ally finds herself trapped between uncovering dark secrets and fighting for her life. The pages of this dark domestic thriller are full of nail-biting edge of your seat scenes as Ally pursues her determined search to find out who she really is. The novel has a few unexpected twists and leaves you guessing till the final chapter. A new, exciting release by Hawkeye books.

Finished Wellworth last night after a night out at the opera house! Couldn’t put it down – it was sooooo good.

I’m always amazed at how others perceive things. Where you believe you have delivered a succinct message and yet other’s see so much more. That’s why I love to write—to try and capture the human spirit in all its forms.

Thank you to everyone who helped to ‘deliver this baby into the world’. Now all I can do is stand back and hope it is loved.

See you at the Book Nest Friday 28th July at 6 pm.

  1. I put it down for a day or so as I was half way through, and had a few things to do, but when I picked it up again I finished it in the day. I do not normally read books routinely, but when I get engrossed I finish them. This book has a lovely pace and no dull parts. I have seen the prototype to the finished article. Although fiction it is good to see our dogs as part of the story albeit with different names. A truly wonderful piece of art!
